Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Community,

I am very proud to be the new principal of Rowland Elementary School. It is with optimism and enthusiasm that I return to the position that I love, principal. My 31 years in education, as an instructional aide, teacher and administrator, has been guided with a passion that exemplifies the spirit with which I endeavor to serve the students and families that rely on public education for their success. I believe that a leader in today's demanding environment benefits from having a positive attitude and commitment to all students. A vision to see and act upon the invaluable relationships necessary among, all staff, parents and community, to ensure that we work together to provide the best, first instruction and learning environment for all students is very important. As principal, my hope is to work with you and the teachers to help students "go confidently in the direction of their dreams and live the life that they've imagined." I look forward to working with you and the Rowland Elementary Staff to make this possible.
